Oyster Eye Design is a mobile creative art service operated by Cassidy Raye Ponton and Nik Rogers.Â
We bring professional face and body art, henna, wearable art, and interactive entertainment directly to your event.
We work with children, teens, and adults and tailor the experience to the event, whether it is a private party, wedding,Â
festival, school event, corporate gathering, community event, photoshoot, or creative production.

Summer & Active Event Options
We offer water-resistant and waterproof options for select face and body art services. These are especially useful for summer events, pool parties, water activities, festivals, sporting events, and occasions where heat and sweat are a factor.
Water-resistant and waterproof options are available by request and depend on the design, placement, and activity involved.
EVENT RATE
TWO-PERSON EVENT PACKAGE
$350 | Up to 2 hours
Our standard two-person booking includes Cassidy and Nik working together, professional supplies, equipment, setup, and breakdown.
Having two artists allows us to offer multiple services simultaneously and keep lines moving efficiently. As a thank-you for choosing Oyster Eye Design, we also include simple balloon art as a complimentary extra for your guests.
$75 non-refundable booking deposit
$275 remaining balance due at the end of the event
Need something different? Longer events, larger festivals, specialized services, and custom bookings are quoted based on the event.
We’re happy to work with families on a budget to find an option that fits their needs. We also consider select volunteer opportunities with local organizations when the mission and community impact are a good fit.
HOW BOOKING WORKS
1. Tell us about your event.
Send the date, location, event type, estimated guest count, requested services, and the number of hours you need.
2. We confirm availability and details.
We will provide the appropriate rate and discuss any specific setup or service requirements.
3. Pay the booking deposit.
Your date is not reserved until the required deposit has been received.
4. We arrive prepared.
We bring our own professional supplies, tables, equipment, lighting, sanitation materials, signage, and outdoor setup when needed.
5. Enjoy the experience.
We handle our own setup and breakdown so you can focus on your event.
BOOKING GUIDELINES
Deposits
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a standard two-person booking.
The remaining cost is due at the end of the event.
A date is officially reserved once the deposit has been received.
If an event is cancelled, the deposit is retained to compensate for reserving the date and turning away other bookings.Â
Deposits can be made through Zelle, Venmo,Â
and Cash Ap.
Event Time
Your contracted service time begins at the agreed-upon start time.
We recommend having guests ready to begin when our service time starts.
Additional time may be available by arrangement and may be subject to an additional fee.
Setup
We provide our own equipment and handle setup and breakdown.
For outdoor events, we can bring a 10' × 10' slant-leg pop-up tent with sidewalls when needed.
We need reasonable access to the event area for unloading and setup.

Outdoor Events
Outdoor setups must have a reasonably level, usable area.
Weather conditions must be safe for artists, guests, and equipment.
Severe weather may require relocation, postponement, or cancellation.
Guest Flow
We work to keep designs efficient while maintaining quality and sanitation.
During high-volume events, wait times may vary depending on guest demand and the complexity of requested designs.
We reserve the right to limit designs when necessary to keep service moving fairly for all guests.
Designs
We welcome inspiration and event themes.
Designs may be customized to the event and artistically interpreted by the artist.
We do not guarantee an exact recreation of another artist's work, but we are happy to use reference images to understand your desired style.
Water & Sweat-Resistant Services
Water-resistant and waterproof options must be requested when booking so we can plan the appropriate products and application.
No face or body product can be guaranteed completely waterproof under every condition. Performance depends on the product, placement, application, water exposure, friction, and duration.
Clients participating in swimming, water sports, or heavy physical activity should discuss their needs with us in advance.

No equipment is required from the host unless otherwise discussed.
